Albur Village Complex is a secure peaceful complex, close to all Alvor amenities. The apartment is in one of the best locations in Alvor – situated just a short stroll to the main restaurant and bar area but just far enough away to be quiet and have open views to the countryside but with access to the beach within a 15 minute stroll.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and provides a stylish holiday home allowing you to have the freedom to enjoy the many delights of Alvor. The accommodation is modern and has an open plan kitchen/dining area with the kitchen window looking directly out to the pool area.
Direct access to a private balcony is from the lounge where you can watch the world go by and relax in the sun . There is also a patio area directly outside the front door of the apartment where we have provided a small table and chairs for enjoying the afternoon/evening sun.
The apartment has a Spacious living area providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa can be easily turned into a small double bed. High quality bedding is provided to ensure maximum comfort. We also have wifi and Portuguese Tv with some English speaking channels. The apartments come with electric shutters to keep the rooms cool and secure.
The complex is completely secure and has a video entry system as well as free parking outside the apartment. Lifts are available to all floors but our apartment has 2 small sets of stairs to access the front door. The private fresh-water pool is located in the centre of the complex and therefore sheltered from the wind and making it a comfortable area to relax and enjoy the sun all year round.
Albur village is a recently developed complex of apartments which has everything needed for holidaymakers looking for quality modern apartments and facilities. The complex includes the largest and best supermarket in Alvor (Pingo Doce) and means that picking up those holiday essentials is both simple and cost effective. The supermarket even has its own bakery and café area and so breakfast is made simple.
Nearby, in addition to several beaches and the ria de alvor, there are a number of options available such as: water theme parks, several golf courses (Penina Golf, Alto, Gramacho and Palmares). Also near the Algarve International Aerodrome where you can enjoy various activities. We can on request arrange various activities of interest. We also recommend a visit to Zoomarine. In Portimão, you can visit the Museum and Municipal Theater.

Getting to the apartment from Faro Airport is convenient and hassle-free, ensuring a smooth start to your Algarve getaway. Situated 75 kilometers away, you have several transportation options to choose from, but we highly recommend using A22 Transfers for a seamless and comfortable journey.
If you prefer the freedom of having your own vehicle, you can easily hire a car directly from the airport. This option allows you to explore the Algarve at your own pace and convenience. However, if you prefer to sit back and relax while someone else takes care of the driving, A22 Transfers is the ideal choice. Our professional chauffeurs will greet you at the airport and whisk you away to the apartment in just 55 minutes via the A22 motorway, ensuring a stress-free and comfortable ride.
Alternatively, if you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, you can take the train to Portimao, which is approximately 7 kilometers away from the apartment. From there, you can easily catch a taxi to reach your destination. While this option is available, it's worth noting that it may take longer than using a private airport transfer.
Similarly, a bus service is also available, providing another budget-friendly option for reaching the apartment. However, keep in mind that taking the bus or train may extend your travel time compared to the efficiency of a private transfer with A22 Transfers.

Cannot recommend A22 and Albur Village 2J more
Just returned from a week in apartment 2J and had the most fabulous time. Cannot recommend the entire package with A22 enough! So simple and easy to book the apartment, the communication was amazing with all involved. Huge thanks to Alice for organising the booking and allowing us to check out later due to our later flight, Mel for showing us around the apartment on arrival and Alison for assisting with the apartment when we were in it! The place was clean, comfortable and had everything that you would need for a week away self catering. The apartment its self was the best on site (in my opinion), with a little seated area out front which got sun until late in the evenings. The place was secure with shutters and a gate so only those staying could enter. Added bonus was that when booking with A22, we also booked a private transfer with A22 transfers, which I would also highly recommend. Thank you to all those involved again, and most certainly will be back!!!!

Apartment was in a great location. With a shop only meter's away only a short stroll to the town center. Apartment was spotless clean all you need is there and more. Alice and her staff are very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be goin again
Perfect for long stay
We stayed here for 5 weeks over Christmas. The apartment had everything we needed - dishwasher and washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee pod machine and a supermarket literally beneath us The place was very clean, well furnished and a balcony and terrace. 5 minutes walk to Alvor harbour, 10 minutes to the beach. Parking is on one side of the block We would highly recommend the apartment and A22 Properties - though we didn't meet Alice we did meet Mel who was extremely helpful
